  1. All dimensions and tolerance conform to the same Y14.5M-2018.
  2. Terminal positions designation per JESD 95.
  3. Corner as mentioned in Package Top View should follow details per StarFive option.
  4. Pin 1 identifier can be a chamfer, an ink mark, a lasered mark, or a metallized mark.
  5. Ball diameter after reflow.
  6. Dimension "b" as mentioned in Package Bottom View is measured at the maximum solder ball diameter parallel to primary Datum C.
  7. Use 0.35 mm raw solder ball size during assembly.
