The temperature sensor of JH-7110
has the following features.
- ±3 ℃ untrimmed accuracy (-40 ℃ to 100 ℃)
- ±1.0 ℃ trimmed accuracy (0 ℃ to 70 ℃)
- ±1.25 ℃ trimmed accuracy (-40 ℃ to 125 ℃)
- Calibration sequence requires no knowledge of die temperature
- Digital interface, 12-bit resolution
